The Moulin De Saint Yves is a water-powered mill from the 17 th Century situated on Le Scorff river. Many elements still exist from that era.. The stone buildings adjacent to the mill were once the house of the miller, the stable block and barns. The mill was in use untill 1953.

To rejuvenate the village, the complex has been progressively restored as restaurants and banquet halls. St Yves had been Priest of Bretagne from 1253 to 1303. He had been canonised in 1366. He was an ecclesiastical judge in Rennes and was defending poor people for free. St Yves is the Saint of jurists He is celebrated on May 19 th.
